Luminipet is a Hong Kong-born pet art studio creating 100% handcrafted custom portraits for the animals who have shaped our homes, routines, and emotional lives.
We make each piece for people who want more than a framed picture. They want to keep the look at the door, the favorite spot on the sofa, the small habits and expressions only their family would recognize.
Made by Hand, From the Base Up
A Luminipet artwork is not a print, not a resin cast, and not a plaster shortcut.
Every piece begins with a natural mineral-based foundation, selected for its texture, depth, and quiet symbolism. The surface carries natural variation and tactile dimension, so the finished work feels closer to an art object than a flat reproduction.
From there, our artists shape, paint, layer, and finish each portrait by hand. We study your pet’s photo closely, but the goal is not to copy it mechanically. The goal is to hold onto what makes them unmistakably yours — the softness in the eyes, the tilt of the head, the expression you would know anywhere.
Personalized With the Wish Behind the Portrait
Every customer comes to Luminipet with a different reason.
Some want to celebrate a pet still by their side. Some want to remember one who changed their life. Some want the piece to carry a quiet wish: calm, protection, joy, courage, love, or lifelong companionship.
That is why each portrait can be personalized not only by appearance, but also by the feeling you want it to hold. You may choose a mineral base for its look, its meaning, or the blessing it represents to you.
Before any handwork begins, we send a design preview for review. At this stage, we make careful refinements with you, so the important details feel right before the piece moves into final production.
A Portrait With Purpose
Luminipet was created for cherished pets, but our care does not stop with the animals already safe at home.
In 2026, we are launching the Luminipet Stray Animal Care Plan with one clear goal: to help provide 10,000 meals and essential care supplies for stray animals in Hong Kong.
A portion of every completed order will support this program. As the plan moves forward, we will share progress updates, so customers can see how their purchase is helping animals still waiting for food, care, and a safer place to live.
