1. Design Preview Process
After we receive your order and clear pet photos, we will send the digital design preview to you within 48 hours, and the latest will not exceed 72 hours.
You can send your feedback and revision suggestions after viewing the preview. Official production will only start after your final approval.
2. Production Cycle
We have three types of pet portraits with different production time:
- Digital Portrait: Approximately 1 working week
- 2D Hand-Painted Portrait: 2 to 3 working weeks
- 3D Handmade Relief Portrait: 2 to 3 working weeks
3. Production & Shipment Process
All Luminipet pet portraits are 100% handcrafted by professional artists and carefully packed with shockproof materials before shipment.
Before delivery, we will send you final photos of the finished product for your confirmation. Once confirmed, we will arrange delivery immediately.
A valid tracking number will be provided after your order is shipped, so you can track the whole logistics process.
4. Shipping Benefits & Delivery Time
We provide Free Standard Shipping for all orders within the United States.
Delivery time varies according to different destinations and transportation methods. International shipping fees will be automatically calculated on the checkout page.
During peak holidays, the production and delivery cycle may be slightly extended, and we will notify you in advance.
5. Custom Order Rules for Returns
Since every portrait is customized exclusively for a single pet, orders are non-returnable once production begins.
We only accept returns or replacements if the product is damaged in transit, incorrect, or obviously inconsistent with the approved preview.
6. Packaging Standard
We adopt strict protective packaging for all finished goods to prevent damage during long-distance transportation.
If the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photo evidence. We will solve the problem for you promptly.
7. Customs & Import Fees Notice
All product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes and related clearance fees.
All fees arising from import procedures shall be borne by the recipient (buyer) as required by local customs authorities.
