The production timeline varies by product:

• Gallery-Printed Portrait: about 1 week
• 2D Hand-Painted Portrait: 2–3 weeks
• 3D Hand-Sculpted Portrait: 2–3 weeks

We will arrange delivery as soon as production is complete.

The artwork for every pet portrait is handcrafted by real artists, with no mass-produced templates. Gallery-Printed Portraits are hand-drawn by professional artists on iPad using Procreate, then professionally printed. 2D Hand-Painted Portraits are painted by hand on real canvas, while 3D Hand-Sculpted Portraits are manually sculpted and hand-colored. Every piece is carefully created to capture the unique features of your beloved pet.

We share drafts early and offer unlimited revisions during production. We only ship after your full confirmation, to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Changing the original reference photo or overall style is not allowed after the draft is created, which will cause a full restart of production.We offer 3 free rounds of minor revisions for the draft. Any additional revisions after the three free rounds will be charged $10 per round.

We can work with 99% of daily pet photos. We recommend clear, well-lit photos with complete facial features and natural expressions. Blurry, overexposed or dark photos will affect the final effect.

You can upload 1-3 pet photos. A front full-body photo and a close-up of the face will help our artists restore details better.

Yes, we support old photos and group photos, as long as the pet’s features are recognizable.

We offer three portrait mediums: Gallery-Printed Portrait, 2D Hand-Painted Portrait, and 3D Hand-Sculpted Portrait. You can choose from four series: True-to-Life, Character Roles, Royal Style, and Pet World-Tour. Feel free to contact us if you have a custom creative idea.

Not at all. We create portraits for all pets, such as rabbits, hamsters, horses, chameleons, lizards and more.

We support portraits for 1 to 4 pets in a single piece. If you have more than 4 pets to customize, please contact our customer service directly for a special order.

Simple custom content such as pet names is acceptable. Please leave a note when placing your order.
