Here's how it works: pick your favorite style, upload a photo of your pet, and checkout. Our artists send you a preview within 1–2 business days. You approve it, and we start hand-painting. No surprises — you're in control every step of the way.

Absolutely. One pet, two pets — two dogs, two cats, or a dog and a cat together, all work. If your pets don't live in the same photo, just upload a separate picture of each one.

Yes! It's one of our most popular gifts. You can send it directly to the recipient — just put their address at checkout. We don't include pricing information in the package. It makes an unforgettable birthday, holiday, or just-because gift.

Yes. You can add your pet's name, a date, or a short message during checkout. Our artists will incorporate it tastefully into the piece.

Sharp, well-lit photos in natural daylight give us the best result. Make sure your pet's face, eyes, and key markings are clearly visible. Avoid blurry shots, screenshots from social media, or heavily filtered photos. A close-up shot of their face works better than a full-body picture from far away.

Send it anyway. Our artists will let you know if we need a better one. We've worked with plenty of beloved but imperfect photos — we do our best to bring out the details that matter most.

Upload your favorite one. Our artists review every photo before we begin, and if another picture would work better, we'll reach out. You can also upload multiple photos and tell us which one you prefer.

Your preview arrives in 1–2 business days. Once you approve it, hand-painting takes about 1–2 weeks, followed by 1–2 weeks for shipping to most countries. Timing can shift slightly during holiday seasons, so please order early if you need it by a specific date.

Yes. Add Priority Rush at checkout, and we'll start your portrait within 1 business day instead of waiting in queue. If you're working toward a specific date, email us after ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

You're in the driver's seat. We send you a preview before we start, and we send you another look before we ship. If anything needs adjusting — the eyes, the colors, the expression — just tell us. We don't ship until you say yes.

We work with you until you're happy before shipping. Most people love their first or second preview. If you're going back and forth more than a few times, we may check in with you about your vision to make sure we're on the same page.

Because every piece is custom-made for your pet, we can't offer returns after it ships. But here's the thing — you approve the final piece before it ever leaves our studio. So you never receive something you didn't already say yes to.

We're so sorry for your loss. Many of our customers order as a way to keep their beloved pet close. Our artists treat every memorial portrait with extra care and sensitivity. If you have an old photo or a special memory, share it with us and we'll do our best to honor it.

Our cross-border studio operates between New York and Hong Kong. We ship worldwide, and your order is routed from the location closest to you.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders of $150 or more. For orders under $150, there's a flat $15 shipping fee.

Once your portrait is approved and finished, delivery takes about 1–2 weeks to the US, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the studio. If you don't see it, check your spam folder — or just email us and we'll resend it.

Every portrait is created by real artists — not AI, not auto-generated. For our 2D portraits, a painter paints it by hand on canvas. For our 3D portraits, an artist sculpts it by hand. For our pet gifts, an artist designs it on a tablet first, then prints it. You're getting real human artistry, start to finish.

Each relief is hand-pressed from natural mineral stone and kaolin clay — the same mineral tradition behind fine porcelain. It's stronger and more durable than plaster, and won't crack or fade under normal indoor display. It's a piece you can keep for years.

Yes! We film the full painting process and edit it into a short video just for you. Watch your pet's portrait come to life stroke by stroke — it's a moment you'll want to keep. (This is included with our 2D hand-painted portraits.

Yes. You can add gift wrapping at checkout for a small fee. We'll wrap it beautifully and include a handwritten note — just leave your message at checkout.
