At Luminipet, every piece is thoughtfully created to celebrate the pets who mean so much to us. From your first photo to the finished artwork, our artists take care of every detail.

1. Design Preview & Approval
Once we receive your order and pet photos, our artists will prepare a digital design preview within 1–2 business days.
You'll have the opportunity to review the design and request adjustments before production begins. We want to make sure the details, colors, and expression feel just right.
Production begins only after you approve your design.
Before shipping, we'll also share photos of your finished artwork for your final review. We won't ship your order until you've approved the final piece.
2. Production Times
Each Luminipet creation is made especially for your pet. Production times vary by product type and begin after your design preview has been approved.

Our 2D portraits are painted by real artists, while our 3D relief portraits are individually sculpted and hand-painted. Personalized gifts feature artist-created designs.
Production times are estimates and may vary during busy holiday periods or for particularly detailed custom requests.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer worldwide shipping to supported destinations.
- Free worldwide shipping on orders of $150 or more.
- A flat $15 shipping fee applies to orders under $150.
Shipping eligibility and available delivery options will be confirmed at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your artwork is finished, approved, and shipped, delivery generally takes 1–2 weeks to the United States, Canada, Australia, and most European destinations.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier schedules, and seasonal shipping demand.
Please note that design preparation, production, and shipping are separate stages. The estimated delivery time does not include design or production time.
If you're ordering for a birthday, holiday, or another special occasion, we recommend placing your order early.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use this information to follow your package throughout delivery.
If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@luminipet.com.
6. Packaging & Product Protection
Every finished piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.
Our team uses protective packaging appropriate for each product to help keep your custom artwork safe during transportation.
While we take every precaution, unexpected damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If something isn't right when your package arrives, please contact us so we can help.
7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any applicable charges are determined by local customs authorities and may vary by destination.
8. Holiday & Unexpected Delays
During peak shopping seasons, public holidays, or unexpected carrier disruptions, production and shipping may take longer than usual.
We appreciate your patience as our artists carefully create each personalized piece.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
