Yes. Each Hand-Painted Pet Portrait is physically painted on canvas by a real Luminipet studio artist. It is not simply a digital artwork printed onto canvas.

Q2: What materials are used?

We use fine-textured linen canvas stretched over a solid wood support. Our artists work primarily with acrylic paint, with selected oil-paint details where appropriate, before finishing the artwork with a clear protective coating.

Q3: How long does a Hand-Painted Pet Portrait take?

An initial artwork direction is typically prepared within about 2 business days. After you approve the artwork, physical painting typically takes approximately 3–5 business days. U.S. shipping usually takes approximately 8–12 business days after production and is free on all U.S. orders.

Q4: Can I request changes?

Yes. You can review the artwork direction before final production and request adjustments when needed so important details feel right before the portrait is completed.

Yes. Many Hand-Painted styles support multiple pets. You may upload separate reference photos if your pets are not photographed together. Available pet-count options and pricing are shown during customization.

Q7: What kind of photo should I upload?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face, eyes, markings, and coat details are easy to see. Natural daylight works especially well.

Q8: Can I order without a frame?

Yes, depending on the selected size and product. Canvas-only and selected standard frame options are available, while premium frame styles can be added as paid upgrades.
