We’ll send your design preview within 48–72 hours after receiving your order and pet photos. This is the best time to share your feedback on the face, outfit, pose, or scene details before handcrafting begins.

3. Approve, Craft & Receive

Once you approve the preview, we begin handcrafting your 3D relief portrait. Final studio photos will be sent before shipping, and your order will be carefully packed with tracking.
